“School days” és
el títol de l’obra que vam anar a veure els
dos grups de 6è. És una història d’amistat i
superació, pràcticament tota en anglès ( amb
alguns diàlegs en català, per facilitar el
seguiment ), completada amb divertides
cançons.
“Carla, Maggie and Amy are sharing a flat
in Liverpool. They are all first year
students at LIPA, The Liverpool Institute
for the Performing Arts. Carla is from
Pamplona, Maggie is from the USA and Amy is
from Catalunya. She doesn’t speak English
very well. Maggie doesn’t speak Spanish, so
they all have to speak in English.
They all have a big problem: their
parents don’t want to give them any money
and they have to pay for their studies and
for the rent of their flat.
The three girls all look for work to earn
some money. They study during the day and
work all evening. When they get home they
have to do their homework. It is a very
tiring life.
Maggie and Carla have boyfriends. Amy
says she has a boyfriend called Jeff Mac
Donalds, but this is an invention. However,
she finds her boyfriend in the end, in a
very unusual way...”
Abans
d’anar al teatre, a classe, vam treballar
una escena enregistrada i alguna de les
cançons i posteriorment vam decidir ser
actrius per una estona i imitar l’escena.
