       Halloween is on October 31st. Children dress up as witches, vampires, monsters, ghosts, skeletons...

People make a face from a pumpkin, which is a round and orange vegetable, and they put a candle inside of it.

At Halloween boys and girls visit houses and say “Trick or Treat”. People give them chocolate or sweets.

We have made some Halloween crafts in our school and we have learnt songs and poems about this scary celebration.

  
     

 

 P3: We have created a very special Halloween necklace. It’s a scary bat made for us to use on Halloween night. Buhhhh!

 

 

 

 

 P4 and P5: We have made a creepy Halloween brooch. It looks like a very ugly bat, but can it turn into a vampire? Happy Halloween!

 

  

 

 

 1st: We have made a ghost from a leaf and we have pasted it to a purple cardboard.

 

  

 

2nd: We have made our own clay pumpkins.

 

  

 

    

3rd and 4th: We have made scary paper maché masks. We have also studied a chant about Halloween. We have watched Halloween videos.

  
 

 

  5th: We have made scary 3D Halloween cards to say happy Halloween to our families. We have also sung a Halloween song.

  
   

6th: We have made a spider using wool and pipe cleaners. We have also listened to and sung Halloween songs.
